Two.Mechanical configuration and features

(1)Adopting servo motors, high-precision planetary reducers, universal joint connection and synchronous belt transmission, ensuring even force distribution of each transmission component and reducing damage to transmission components and synchronous belt;

(2)Material Unrewinding system: Tissue paper, SAP paper, ADL, Guide-flowlayer, Hydrophobic N.W, Hydrophilic N.W, PE film, Back release paper,Wing release paper, small package,Adopting a variable frequency motor with constant tension for unwinding and zero deceleration for material feeding without stopping the machine for material replacement, the air expansion shaft is independently controlled by a pressure gauge on both sides, and defective products are automatically removed through missing material joints detection;

(3)Slotting and pressure regulation on the operating side of the suction box to reduce belt running deviation;

(4)The cutting tools are connected by universal joints;

(5)Rotating bodies with phase requirements can achieve non-stop phase adjustment;

(6)Widening of synchronous belts in areas with high stress;

(7)Nickel plating or spray coating treatment on the surface of each workpiece;

(8)The air duct is made of iron sheet pipes to reduce the generation of static electricity. The high-pressure fan supplies gas uniformly and the pressure is adjustable;
